In Great Clips salons and offices all across North America, we have two fun reasons to celebrate!
#1: We’re excited to announce that the Great Clips Online Check-In app has been downloaded more than two million times! After the app was released in both iOS and Android platforms, it took 20 months to reach the first one million downloads. That happened in fall of 2012. Since then—only 14 months later—we’ve racked up another one million users, 2,000,287 to be exact as of the end of November.
Congratulations to everyone, especially to our customers who are the beneficiaries of this time saving tech tool. They love knowing exactly where they fall on the wait list at Great Clips—or even seeing there isn’t a wait at all—when they use the Online Check-In app.
#2: Dale Earnhardt Jr. set a record last week and he wasn’t even driving his car when it happened! The record was with his 11th consecutive win as NASCAR’s most popular driver. We’re proud to have Dale driving the Great Clips No. 88 Chevy this season (and even prouder that he was wearing the Great Clips colors in his award photo!)
And the news only gets better. Our other favorite NASCAR driver, Kasey Kahne, who is running 10 NNS races and three NASCAR Spring Cup races in the No. 5 Great Clips Chevy, came in second. Both of these guys are a great representation of Great Clips on and off the track, and we’re pleased that the fans agree.
