The Great Clips franchise opportunity is a manager-run business model. If you haven’t been a people manager before, you’ll want to decide early on if you are comfortable in a management position. Great Clips has franchisees in our system that didn’t have prior management experience, for example, teachers or stay at home moms, however, the vast majority of our franchisees had management experience from a previous career or business. You may want to consider partnering with someone who has management experience in their background.

No worries! Most new Great Clips franchisees are getting into a business for the first time. Our franchisee training and support will help you learn what you need to know to be successful.

Our minimum net-worth requirement for most markets is $300K, with liquid assets of at least $75K. Find out more on the investment page. If you do not meet these minimums, consider investing with a partner.
