We want to attract the best and the brightest so we invest a lot of resources—both financial and personal—in the process of identifying, evaluating and qualifying prospects, and then getting them off to a great start. This is an important relationship—and we want to make sure it’s best for the company and the prospective franchisee.

Participate in the mutual evaluation process

After you submit your application, the Great Clips Franchise Development team will contact you to begin the mutual evaluation process, based on your qualifications. During this six- to eight-week process, you’ll receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), and we’ll have conversations about the realities of running a haircare business (financials, real estate, operational requirements, etc.) and the skills you bring to the partnership (leadership, people development, customer service, community outreach, etc.). You will also have the opportunity to connect with Great Clips franchisees to ask questions and verify the information you've learned throughout your evaluation of the business.

Once you and Great Clips have determined that this is a good fit, we will agree to execute the Franchise Agreement and Approval.
