One of the first events a new Great Clips franchisee attends is our Building Your Legacy conference. Basically, it’s a three-day orientation program for new franchisees to learn how to start and run their businesses. We call these meetings “Building Your Legacy” because it’s what we’re all committed to—helping franchisees build a business that lasts.
