Collection of Information About Our Visitors

When you complete either our Express Application or our Confidential Application online, your information is actually being entered into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce.com. (Our Application pages look like our Great Clips website, but you're actually entering your information directly into Salesforce.com). Nearly 60,000 companies trust Salesforce.com for CRM usage and data storage. Salesforce.com utilizes some of the most advanced Internet security technology available today. Their Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to a handful of Great Clips-registered Salesforce.com users. In addition, Salesforce.com is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.

Your Great Clips Application information will not be shared with any other company. After you have concluded your Great Clips due diligence you are welcome to request that we delete your information from our database. Simply email franchise@greatclips.com with this request, or call us at 800-947-1143.
