Although our application pages are branded with the Great Clips look and content, you are entering your information directly into Salesforce.com. By entering your personal information, you are voluntarily sharing personal and financial information with Great Clips and its third-party vendor.

 

Why We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

Great Clips collects and uses your personal information for the purpose of providing information related to purchasing a Great Clips franchise, franchising information, event alerts, company news, and other related content as well as for research and analytical purposes. Great Clips stores the information it collects from you on servers located in the United States.

 

Security and Safeguards of Express Application and Confidential Application Information

The security of your information is of the utmost importance to Great Clips. Great Clips uses appropriate administrative, technical, personnel, and physical safeguards to protect the security of your personal information from unauthorized disclosure. Great Clips sends e-newsletters to prospective franchisees via e-mail once or twice per month. By providing contact and other information to Great Clips, its franchisees, or through this Site, prospective franchisees give their consent for Great Clips and its franchisees use their personal information as outlined in this Franchise Development Privacy Notice. To the extent that applicable law requires express consent, express written consent, or “opt-in” for the collection and use of certain types of personal information, Great Clips will maintain processes and procedures to ensure such information is collected with express consent. Each communication that prospective franchisees receive from Great Clips unrelated to services you have specifically requested will give instructions on opting out or unsubscribing.

 

Retention and Deletion of Your Personal Information

Great Clips retains your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide information and support to you as a prospective franchisee. Great Clips will also retain your information as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations.

Your Great Clips Application information will not be shared with any other company. After you have concluded your Great Clips due diligence, you are welcome to request that we delete your information from or correct your information in our database. If your information is deleted, Great Clips may retain anonymized data for research and analytical purposes.
