Jerry Spicer helps ensure franchisees have the training, consultation and direct support they need to achieve success, while also managing the Great Clips brand and level of service quality to attract and maintain customers. Innovations Spicer has introduced include a national quality audit system and internet-based performance measurement systems. He has also re-designed core operations training and support to improve efficiency and meet future growth requirements. Spicer has been with Great Clips since 2002, and brings a strong background in executive management, including experience at the CEO level. His combination of work history in health policy, education, and consulting provide a strong base for successful leadership in operations at an entrepreneurial organization such as Great Clips.
