If we choose to award you a franchise in any one of our targeted markets, between 10/1/09 and 12/31/09, you are eligible for a drawing to be held on or before January 15, 2010, when two winners from each market will be randomly selected.
The $5,000 incentive will be a refund remitted to the winning franchisees after they have successfully completed their Grand Opening for a new salon that opens by December 31, 2011.
