Real Estate: We will share with you how our Real Estate Managers assist franchisees in finding and securing a quality site. We bring you commercial real estate expertise, backed up by solid relationships built over many years with local and national developers. Staffing: Recruiting and retaining staff is one of the most important aspects of our business. Great Clips prides itself on the quality relationships we have with industry leaders. As we review this critical area, we will show you samples of some of our proven recruiting strategies and tools that gives Great Clips the cutting edge over other salons in our category.

Marketing: The power of a national brand is behind you when you become a Great Clips franchisee. From our customized grand opening plans developed by your Marketing Manager to our NASCAR sponsorship, Great Clips is committed to building the brand on a local and national level. You will be impressed at the breadth of our marketing campaigns as our Development Manager walks you through this exciting aspect of our business.

Step 5

Franchise Services: At the core of our operating systems is a proprietary computer (business) system. Great Clips has invested in one of the most sophisticated data marts in the industry and we believe the truth of our business is in our customers' behavior. You will learn how our point-of sale system tracks everything from detailed sales and customer count data to staffing schedules. You will also discover how our field staff network, backed up by over 60 local training centers, can help you achieve operational excellence.

Step 6

Validation: Talk with our franchisees and learn about their own investigation process and how they made their decision to become a Great Clips franchisee.
