Recently, I and several other leaders from the Great Clips corporate office attended the 2024 International Franchising Association (IFA) Convention in Phoenix, along with hundreds of colleagues from the world of franchising.
The highlight of the weekend for all of us representing Great Clips at the event was cheering our very own CEO, Steve Hockett, as the new chair of the IFA. Steve’s service on the IFA board goes back many years; in this position of leadership, he will continue his longstanding commitment to serving and advocating for the franchise community.
"I truly believe in the power of IFA," Steve said. "We have all benefited from its impact on our businesses. That's why I am honored to guide IFA through the year ahead and look forward to serving the franchising community through this great organization."
